1, the drawing
According to the size of the box in the customer's order, draw the expansion diagram of the box body and draw the expansion diagram. Determine the length and width of the hollow panel, draw the laser cutting tool die diagram of the box body, including the reserved hole for digging by hand on both sides.
2. The cover of the box is die-cut on the die-cutting machine
The expansion area of the box body is large, and it needs to be die-cut on the rotary die-cutting machine. All the corners after die - cutting are recycled.
3. Installation and digging
Install the excavator hand on the reserved hole of the box body sheet material cut by the die. The digger is formed by two pieces of the inner and outer sides of the digger, which are injected with PP plastic particles.
4. Install long and wide edge strips
Fold the box according to the indentation line. Install two 5mm side strips on the two long edges and two 10mm side strips on the two wide edges. The side bar is also made from PP plastic particle extruder, which is used to strengthen the four edges of the box body and make the edges smooth and round. Do not scratch the hand of the product or the packager when the product is put in.
5. Two side double hollow plates are bonded
The box body which has been installed with the digging hand and four side bars is bonded on the special ultrasonic equipment. The function is to make the wide two - side double - layer hollow plates stick to each other, so that the box body is fixed and firm. If it is a folding, die-cut hollow board box, it must be formed after the indentation on the electrothermal indentation line developed by hollow board revolving box company.
6. Install the box corner
Install 4 box corners on the four corners of the bonded box body. This box corner is also made of PP plastic particle injection. The function is to cover the hairline at the intersection of the long edge strip of 5mm clearance and the wide edge strip of 10mm clearance. More importantly, it is used to strengthen the load bearing capacity around the box body and fix the position of the upper box when stacking so that the container with good stacking code is not only orderly but also immovable.
7. Punch holes and install plastic rivets
Punch hole, with PP plastic particle injection into the plastic rivet formed by a set of inside and outside, with a large round head rivet in the front of the box body corner into the hole, the box body corner of the inner set of small rivet combination. The function is to fix the corner of the box together with the body and side bar. Make the box solid and not deformed.
8. Installation folder
The front installation folder of the box body is bonded on the ultrasonic special machine developed by hollow plate revolving box company. Folder accessories are also PP plastic particle injection molding. The function is that the box cover can be inserted into the folder to keep the box cover upright, and the product information card can also be inserted, so that the products can be clearly seen when transported and stored.
9. Glue box cover
The function is to protect the inner product from damage when the upper box is placed when stacking, and to prevent dust and insects from invading.
