The productive process:
As a professional pp corrugated box factory ,we introoduce the producing process.
Step1: Drawing drawings of the corrugated plastic carton according to customer needs.
Step2: Cut the corflute sheets according to the drawing of the corrugated plastic box and classify it.
Step3: Cutting the coroplast sheets again with the die cutting machine.
Step4: Printing corrugated plastic boards, print text, logos on the coroplat boxes, skip this step if you don't need it.
Step5: Assembling the corrugated plastic boxes, the assembled PP hollow boards is the coroplast carton.
Step6: Packing corrugated plastic boxes to avoid damage during transportation
